A traditional Italian breakfast pastry, our Cornetto Classico is delicately flaky with a tender, buttery interior. Lightly sweetened and finished with a dusting of powdered sugar, it’s perfect alongside your morning coffee.


Ingredients: Flour, sugar, yeast, salt, butter, eggs, milk.


Preparation:

  1. Knead a soft brioche-style dough and allow it to rise.

  2. Laminate with butter—folding repeatedly for layers.

  3. Shape into crescents and proof.

  4. Bake until golden brown.

  5. Optionally brush with glazing sugar or light syrup before serving.


Serving Tip: Best fresh and flaky, accompanied by espresso or cappuccino.
