Our special take on the classic bruschetta, topped with buffalo mozzarella, kalamata olives, and a balsamic glaze drizzle for added depth and flavor.


Ingredients: Rustic bread, ripe tomatoes, garlic, basil, olive oil, salt, balsamic (optional).


Variants:

  • Mushroom & thyme: Sauté mushrooms, garlic, thyme.

  • Avocado & chili: Mashed avocado with lime juice and chili flakes.

  • Goat cheese & fig: Spread cheese, top with fig slices and honey.


Preparation:

  1. Grill or toast bread lightly.

  2. Rub with garlic and drizzle olive oil.

  3. Top with diced tomatoes, chopped basil, and seasoning.


Serving Tip: Serve immediately – crunchy and fresh.
